SRT MEDICAL DIRECTOR & OPERATOR
I am Lonnie Teague, and I am currently a licensed physician in Wyoming. I am the medical director for the Natrona County Sheriff’s Special Response team, a Special Deputy, and an operator for the team.
I spent 8 years as a medic with 12th and 20th Special Forces groups, then I worked in Central America in the 3rd world countries of Honduras, El Salvador and Guatemala as a medical missionary. I have been in health care for more than 36 years and have extensive experience working in emergency medicine, non-permissive environments and very austere conditions.
JOHN DIERENFELDT

I am John Dierenfeldt. I am currently working as a Captain/Paramedic at Mills Fire Department. I’ve been with the Natrona County Sheriff’s Office SRT since 2015. I have completed extensive training through TCCC, TECC, BTOMS, NCSO, NTOA and others.

My name is Tyler Houser. I am currently an active Police Officer with the Mills Police Department and an Operator/Medic with my regional SRT Team. I am a licensed Paramedic with the State of Wyoming and have been in Emergency Medical Services (EMS) for over a decade. In my time in EMS, I have responded to and treated countless trauma calls including gunshot wounds (GSW), multi-system traumas and have been in a Special Operations role with law enforcement for 3 years. Along with being an active Police Officer and Paramedic, I teach Tactical Medicine with both Law Enforcement and EMS and have been an Assisting Instructor for TacMed at the Wyoming Law Enforcement Academy. I have grown in the TacMed profession by taking courses such as the revered (Basic Tactical Operational Medical Support) BTOMS course in Texas. I continue to strive and study the ever-changing world of medicine and the practices of medicine in austere environments. As a Wyomingite born and raised, I look forward to meeting and training with other professionals and experts of their trade to better serve our community and personnel.
